Lucid System Digital

Connected Digital Solutions for Every Stage of Growth

Start with a professional digital presence, add managed business communication, and expand into customer growth and management as your needs develop.

Build your presence. Keep your business connected.

Too Many Digital Services. Too Little Control.

A website, domain, business email, phone service, and customer tools are often purchased from different providers. This can leave a business managing separate accounts, renewals, support channels, and technical responsibilities. Lucid System Digital is designed to bring these services into one coordinated framework that can expand as the business grows.

Your website establishes your presence. Your communication and connectivity services help your business remain reachable wherever work happens.

Build Your Digital Presence A professional website and business identity that customers can access from desktop or mobile.
Find and Register Your Domain Search for a suitable domain, register it, or connect a domain your business already owns.
Communicate from More Places Use a new local or toll-free number—or port an eligible existing number—through supported VoIP tools.
Stay Connected While Travelling Add compatible eSIM connectivity for personal, staff, device, travel, and remote-work requirements.
Three managed-service levels

Choose the Level That Matches Your Needs

Begin with a professional digital presence, add managed business communication and mobile connectivity, then expand into customer growth and management tools as your needs develop.

Managed-package annual value

Standard Setup Is Included with the Annual Package Price

This annual option applies only to the three managed-service packages. Digital Presence Starter is confirmed at CAD $499/year with standard setup included. Its active annual package continues the website, managed hosting, SSL security, basic SEO, routine maintenance, backups, professional business email, and standard LSDC support. Annual pricing for Packages 2 and 3 will be published only after service costs, usage billing, support procedures, and operational workflows are validated.

Standalone domains, phone-number services, number porting, calling, messaging, verification, hardware, eSIM plans, data, validity periods, coverage, top-ups, extensions, premium services, software licences, and other non-standard or third-party charges are separate unless specifically included in writing.

A second way to begin

Start with a Package—or Choose One Service

Choose a managed package for a coordinated digital foundation, or begin with a specific domain, phone-number, or eSIM service. A standalone service can later be connected to a managed package or Customer Portal where supported.

Search & Purchase a Domain

Search for a new domain, connect one you already own, or request an eligible transfer.

  • New-domain availability and extension review
  • Registration, renewal, and transfer requirements
  • Registrant information, consent, DNS, and connection support

Get a New Number or Port Your Existing Number

Request a new local or toll-free number, or transfer an eligible number for personal, professional, business, travel, or remote-work use.

  • Local or toll-free number selection
  • Eligible number-porting review and authorization
  • Supported VoIP, voicemail, routing, and device setup

Purchase an eSIM

Request an eSIM plan for travel, remote work, staff, or a compatible connected device.

  • Destination, regional, or global plan review
  • Data allowance, validity, coverage, and device compatibility
  • Activation, installation, top-up, renewal, and support requirements

Until each service workflow is fully commissioned, these actions open a controlled request and assessment process—not immediate checkout, registration, porting, purchase, provisioning, or activation. Standalone charges are separate and confirmed before processing, including domain registration, transfer, renewal, registry, and premium-domain costs; phone-number service, porting, calling, messaging, verification, and hardware costs; and eSIM plan, data, validity, coverage, top-up, and extension costs.

Your domain and digital identity

Use Your Existing Domain—or Search for a New One

Keep the domain you already own, search for a suitable new domain, or request an eligible transfer. LSDC can support registration, connection, standard DNS configuration, renewal records, and technical administration.

Domains are registered using approved customer or organization information. LSDC may manage the technical and reseller workflow, while the customer retains control of the domain identity and authorizes transfers, renewals, and material changes.

Domain registration, transfer, renewal, registry, premium-domain, recovery, and redemption charges remain separate unless specifically included in writing.

Connect an Existing Domain Review registrant information, connect the website and business email, configure standard DNS, and record renewal information.
Search & Purchase a Domain Review availability, registration price, renewal requirements, suitable extensions, and customer-approved registration details.
Request a Domain Transfer Review eligibility, authorization, transfer requirements, current status, and the technical steps needed to complete an approved transfer.
Add services as your needs develop

Start with One Package—or Add One Service at a Time

Begin with the managed package that matches your current needs, or start with a specific domain, phone-number, or eSIM service. Existing approved information can remain in place as new services are added.

Website & Digital Presence

Professional website, managed hosting, SSL security, maintenance, backups, contact tools, and basic SEO.

Domain Services

Connect an existing domain, search and purchase a new one, request a transfer, and maintain renewal information.

Professional Business Email

Business email continues with the applicable active package. Additional mailboxes, storage, migration, or premium platforms can be added separately.

Phone Numbers & Communication

Choose a new local or toll-free number, port an eligible existing number, and add supported calling, messaging, voicemail, routing, softphones, or desk phones.

eSIM & Mobile Connectivity

Purchase suitable eSIM plans for travel, remote work, staff, or compatible devices based on destination, data, validity, coverage, and compatibility.

Customer Growth & Portal Tools

Add customer enquiries, quotations, follow-up, Support Tickets, member access, reporting, and progressively commissioned Customer Portal functions.

Availability, pricing, usage charges, coverage, device compatibility, transfer eligibility, verification, and activation requirements are confirmed before processing.

Flexible starting points

Designed for Different Stages, Needs, and Ways of Working

Whether you are building a business presence, improving how customers reach you, transferring an existing phone number, or staying connected while travelling, you can begin with the service that matches your current needs and expand later.

New ideas and start-ups Independent professionals Contractors and trades Service businesses Professional offices Remote and travelling teams Suppliers and distributors Community organizations Existing businesses Multi-location operations Personal phone-number users Travellers and remote workers

Managed packages are primarily designed for professional, organizational, and business use. Standalone phone-number and eSIM services may also support personal use where permitted by applicable service, carrier, destination, and verification requirements.

Managed by LSDC. Controlled by you.

Professional Management Without Giving Up Customer Control

LSDC manages the technical setup, service coordination, maintenance, support, and administration included with the selected package or standalone service. The customer retains control of approved identity, content, authorized users, service decisions, and customer-related information.

The Customer Controls

  • Personal, professional, business, or organization identity
  • Domain registrant information
  • Website content, branding, offers, and approved materials
  • Email addresses and authorized users
  • New-number selection or authorization to port an existing number
  • Calling, messaging, voicemail, and routing preferences
  • eSIM destination, device, plan, and activation approval
  • Customer, enquiry, and account information
  • Renewal, upgrade, transfer, cancellation, and material-change decisions

LSDC Manages

  • Website setup, hosting, security, backups, and maintenance
  • Domain registration workflow, DNS, connection, and renewal administration
  • Business email setup and service administration
  • New-number ordering and eligible number-porting coordination
  • VoIP, voicemail, routing, messaging, and supported-device setup
  • eSIM plan processing, activation guidance, and service support
  • Technical troubleshooting and service records
  • Customer Portal information as functions are commissioned

Customer control does not require access to LSDC master accounts

LSDC may operate master reseller, supplier, API, billing, security, and administrative accounts required to deliver a service. The customer retains control of subscribed-service information, approved identity, content, users, records, and material service decisions.

Phone-number use and transfer rights remain subject to carrier rules, account status, eligibility, authorization, and applicable law. Domains are managed using approved registrant information. eSIM coverage and service remain subject to the selected plan and network availability.

The operating principle remains: Managed by LSDC. Controlled by Your Business.
Guided service delivery

Efficient Setup. Professional Review. Managed Delivery.

LSDC combines guided customer information, approved digital tools, service workflows, and professional human review. Website, domain, communication, connectivity, and customer-management requirements are reviewed before activation, purchase, transfer, or launch.

A controlled service process

From Your First Request to Activation and Ongoing Support

Step 1

Choose a Package or Service

Select a managed package, domain service, phone-number service, eSIM request, or ask for a recommendation.

Step 2

Provide the Required Information

Share the identity, existing-service, destination, device, domain, phone-number, and intended-use information relevant to the request.

Step 3

Review Scope, Eligibility, and Pricing

LSDC confirms availability, scope, verification, authorization, pricing, usage charges, and expected timing.

Step 4

Approve, Configure, and Test

After approval, the applicable setup, registration, number order, porting request, eSIM processing, or website preparation is completed and tested.

Step 5

Activate, Support, and Expand

The approved service is activated or launched, then maintained, supported, renewed, and expanded according to the active scope.

Submitting a request does not immediately purchase, register, transfer, port, or activate a service. Availability, eligibility, pricing, authorization, device compatibility, coverage, and final scope are confirmed before processing begins. Different services may require different lead times.

Digital assessment and service request

Tell Us What You Want to Set Up, Purchase, or Improve

Choose a managed package or request an individual domain, phone-number, or eSIM service. You do not need to know the technical details—provide the information you have, and LSDC will review availability, requirements, pricing, and next steps.

For your security, do not enter passwords, full payment details, registrar credentials, transfer authorization codes, full carrier account records, or other sensitive account information in this initial form. Secure information is collected later only when required.

Form review completed

Your entries passed the current form validation. This development version is not connected to a live submission workflow. Connect the commissioned intake and customer-notification process before public release.

Submitting this form does not immediately purchase, register, transfer, port, provision, or activate a service. LSDC will review availability, eligibility, pricing, usage charges, customer authorization, verification requirements, compatibility, coverage, and next steps before processing begins.

Frequently asked questions

Before You Get Started

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. Choose the package or service closest to your needs and provide the information you have. LSDC will review the technical requirements, availability, pricing, and next steps with you.

Can I purchase only one service without a package?

Yes. You may request a standalone domain, phone-number, number-porting, or eSIM service without purchasing a full managed package. These services can later be connected to a package or Customer Portal where supported.

Is a domain included with the managed packages, and can I use one I already own?

Domain search, registration assistance, and standard connection support are included within the applicable setup scope. Registration, transfer, renewal, premium-domain, recovery, redemption, and registry charges are separate unless specifically included in writing. LSDC can also connect an existing domain using approved registrant information.

What phone-number option is included with Packages 2 and 3?

Packages 2 and 3 include one standard phone-number service. Choose a new local number, a new toll-free number, or request to port one eligible existing number. Basic monthly number service is included. Calls are billed per minute and messages per message. Porting, verification, premium numbers, hardware, international use, and carrier-required charges may be additional.

Can I port my existing phone number?

Yes, where the number and carrier are eligible. Porting requires ownership verification, customer authorization, an active account in good standing, and completion of the carrier transfer process. The existing number should normally remain active until the transfer is confirmed complete.

Can the phone service be used while travelling, and how does eSIM work?

Supported VoIP tools may allow authorized users to use a number through a mobile device, computer, or compatible desk phone while working remotely or travelling. A suitable internet connection is required. For eSIM, LSDC reviews the destination, allowance, validity, devices, coverage, compatibility, activation instructions, and final pricing before purchase.

Is professional business email included?

Professional business email continues with the applicable active managed package. Included mailbox quantities and storage are confirmed in the package. Additional mailboxes, storage, migration, or premium email platforms may cost extra.

Does submitting the form activate a service, and can I expand later?

No. The form creates a request for review. Availability, eligibility, scope, pricing, usage charges, authorization, and service requirements must be confirmed before processing. You can later add a standalone service, move to a higher managed package, or introduce additional communication, connectivity, customer-management, and commissioned Customer Portal functions.
